Classes are generally held for one hour weekly according to age group (5-6, 7-8, 9-11 and 12 and up) in six-week sessions. These age groupings are a general guide and change according to class size considerations. A constantly engaging program, the HomeSchool Gym teaches strong foundations of game play and fitness in an energetic, supportive and noncompetitive environment.
